Legal Counsel – Private Banking recruitment
The Company
Our client is a regional Private Bank with large footprint in Asia.
The Role
You will advise on and assist the Private Banking business lines on legal matters. You will review, draft and negotiate transactional documents. Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Handle liaison, coordination and collaboration with both front and back office functions, internal control group, external counsels and participate in industry initiatives and developments where relevant.
Your Profile
To be considered, you should have a Law degree and is qualified to practice in Singapore. With 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience, you should have a solid foundation in and experience in Private Banking including handling of Client complaints. You have a strong ability to work on structured transaction and embrace a practical and solutions based approach.
Further, you have a strong teamwork ethic and possess the ability and willingness to assume a high degree of responsibility for all transactional work. You are responsive, timely and adaptable approach to the varying requirements of the businesses.
