Legal Counsel recruitment
To support Head of Legal, Asia and to provide legal advice on general matters, review and draft banking and finance agreements as well as to support the project initiatives from a legal/risk perspective.
- 6 – 8 years’ relevant experience in well regarded Singapore law firms or private banks i.e. exposure to banking and finance documents, familiar with credit and security transactions, experienced in banking regulatory advice etc
- Candidate must be qualified in Singapore as an advocate and solicitor and with an LLM from a well regarded university or further studies in Finance or Finance related areas (preferably upper class honours or better).
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) is a must while Chinese (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and be a team player.Articulate and presentable.
