Description
The candidate will work with and support all levels of businesses as specified; and will have responsibilities including providing advice on legal and regulatory matters as well as preparing documentation for the bank's products and services.
Qualification
The ideal candidate must have a recognized law degree, be admitted to the Singapore Bar with 5 - 10 years PQE. You should have banking, securities law, corporate finance or capital markets experience, and be familiar with the Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act and Financial Advisers Act. It is essential that you possess strong analytical and communication skills and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Solid legal skills are expected coupled with sound commercial acumen.
