Reporting to the Head of Dispute Resolution, your responsibilities will include the provision of high quality, consistent, commercially relevant, timely, efficient and cost effective legal advice in relation to disputes.

To be suitable for this role you will need to be eligible for admission to practice in Victoria and hold a current practising certificate. In addition you will have proven experience within a private and /or corporate legal practice with a particular emphasis on customer complaints or commercial litigation with experience in the Banking and Finance sector being highly regarded. Your strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, will be key selection criteria.
