Legal Counsel – Treasury (MA)
- HK$83,000 to HK$116,000 HKD + Bonus

Can you speak, read and write both English and Chinese?
Do you want to be in a company that is set on expansion here in Asia?
Do you want a remuneration package higher than the one you currently receive?
If yes, here are a selection of duties to be expected:
- Provide legal advice to the group
- Diagnose and implement legal compliance processes, as well as regulatory legislation
- Due diligence of MA targets / report to the senior management team
- Work closely with regional offices to draft and finalize contracts and agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships across the business
You will have:
- PQE level, 6 to 10 years
- Strong knowledge of UK and US laws desirable
- In-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within Treasury desirable
- Extensive MA experience in Asia
- Strong corporate and commercial experience in Hong Kong, ideally with PRC knowledge
- Drafting, negotiating and high levels of communication expected
