Legal Counsel (Zurich) recruitment
This challenging and rewarding job will enable the successful candidate to gain a deeper insight into the legal and financial field.
As Legal Counsel, your work will be primarily focused on
- Drafting, negotiating and examining agreements and contracts
- Providing different business units with legal advice and support
- Processing of daily legal business of a Swiss asset manager of a collective investment schemes.
- Monitoring of regulatory developments and analysis of their impact on the business (e,g UCITS IV, UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II and FACTCA)
- Dealing with legal and regulatory issues such as investment products particularly to investment funds (UCITS and non UCITS)
To take on this challenging position, my client is seeking a motivated and pro-active candidate with a Law degree and at least 2-4 years of professional experience in a financial institution or a Law firm. Further you have worked with the set of European Union Directives (such as UCITS IV, V UCITS or similar). In addition, a fluent level in both English and German and demonstrate a team-oriented working attitude.
