Legal Counsels (vacancies in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal, compliance, regulatory and company secretarial matters.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, managing legal documents, managing/working with external counsel and assisting in corporate secretarial functions.
- Assisting in managing the company's compliance needs, including implementing the compliance program, compliance reporting, investigation and recommendation of remedial actions.
Requirements:
- Should have at least 2 years' relevant experience in the financial services industry but fresh law graduates who can be fast tracked are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should possess a strong Law Degree.
- Highly analytical with an eye for details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have to be very fluent in spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
- For our Singapore office, Singaporeans or Permanent Residents are preferred.
- For our Kuala Lumpur office, we welcome international applicants and we will obtain the relevant work permits for the successful applicants.
