Legal Credit Documentation recruitment
The contract duration is 1 year, the remuneration on offer is £200/day and there is the possibility of the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
Skills Required
- Documentation from a legal credit operations background
- Ensure that all relevant documentation for mortgages etc applications are precise and compliant and to review collateral attached.
- Knowledge of banking systems
- understanding of how accounts are debited credited
- Types of interest charged on lending
- Exposure to Collateral management; understanding of property, SPV’s, bonds, options, FX, equities or other similar collateral.
- Familiarity with PB Client or similar banking system
- Liaising with senior stakeholders’
- Problem solving
- Self-confidence; able to clearly articulate
Background
- Legal and credit background providing documentation support within a private bank, corporates or trusts.
