Legal Entities Controller recruitment
A leading investment banking company, currently seeks a Financial Accountant for a Legal Entities Controller vacancy, to be based in London.
The Legal Entities Controller will be part of the Financial Reporting team, and will be responsible for:
-Assisting in the preparation of quarterly head office consolidation packages including US GAAP and IFRS, Inter-company transactions and FX queries;
-Provide support and analysis for the Interim and Year end financial statements and year end audit under UKGAAP;
-Assist in the preparation of the PL and Balance Sheet monthly and quarterly analysis to support head office reports, departmental controls and management reporting;
-Ad-hoc reporting and projects, including automation of financial reporting.
As such, the successful Legal Entities Controller will have the following skills and experience:
-Be a qualified accountant with experience working in a similar role
-Have excellent Financial Reporting knowledge, preferably within Financial Services
-Have a proactive approach with the ability to manage large workloads and conflicting deadlines
