Legal Entity Control
Our client, a global asset management company has established a team to centralise control of the ledger for entities globally, now seeking to strengthen its central accounting function through the appointment of a well rounded Legal Entity Controller to join their Financial Control team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the ledgers working closely with teams to ensure both statutory and management accounting of entities' results are deliverable for further reporting teams. The Legal Entity Controller will take responsibility for preparing annual statutory accounts and Board reports, presenting monthly and quarterly results to management, liaising with overseas accountants and reviewing and preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
The successful candidate will be a graduate chartered accountant, trained and qualified with a top 4 firm, 4 years post qualified and technically excellent
