Our client is an established market leader in the real estate investment industry with a stellar track record and robust financials. It is currently seeking a dynamic business focused Legal Manager for its Corporate Legal team.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide legal advice and support to assigned business units within the group. Core areas include legal advice on real estate projects financing, property transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial documents, contracts negotiation, as well as litigation and corporate secretarial matters pertaining to assigned portfolios.
You should have about 6 years PQE, and ideally with several years in the real estate sector. Experience in Singapore/Asia is essential. Strong communication skills, a team orientated mindset and a 'can do' attitude are key to your success in this dynamic group.
