- Coordinates the flow of legal account data from the company to the attorney network (e.g. communicating with attorneys, problem solving), including reconciliation
- Facilitates accurate attorney usage of prevailing data transmission technology (YGC)
- Conducts on-site and off-site audits of attorney performance, reports results to attorneys, and coordinates action plan with staff and attorneys
- Identifies, communicates, and provides reporting to staff and management on attorney performance metrics and other trends
- Assists with the on-boarding and de-boarding of attorneys, including due diligence and contract coordination
- Provides general assistance to management in support of the legal network including process review and enhancements
- Other duties as assigned
- Paralegal degree/certificate or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience with legal collections
- 2 years experience working with You’ve Got Claims required
- 2 years experience auditing the performance of collection attorneys preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Knowledge of attorney business processes
- Collaborative, with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Solid verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand key metrics, spot trends, and communicate findings effectively
