Legal Office Administrator Job in Bristol, South West Uk

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their requirement for a Legal Office Administrator for their offices in central Bristol. This is a busy and demanding role and they are seeking someone with some administration and / or customer service experience and superb interpersonal skills and a professional approach. You will be supporting your team in providing an administrative service which will include working to deadlines and timescales dictated by service level agreements and their clients, filing, photocopying, preparing post, opening and closing case loads, preparing relevant paperwork, providing telephone support, dealing with client enquiries when necessary, and providing other ad-hoc administration duties along the way. Currently they are offering a 6 month contract, however hope this role would turn into a permanent role.
