Legal Secretary Job in Dallas, Texas US

Legal Secretary position available in a downtown Dallas law firm. Candidate must have at least 2 years solid experience supporting a single or multiple attorneys.  Job duties will include documentation preparation, transcription, proof reading and edits of prepared documents for accuracy, routine filing with the opening and closing of files and time entry.  Candidate must be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and possess strong organizational skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Word and Excel a must.  Parking allowance, health and dental insurance as well as 401k.  Business casual dress.  Legal Assistant certificate and/or bachelor’s degree a plus.  Please respond to sbeprecruiter@hotmail.com .
