Legal Secretary Job in Woodbury 11797, New York US

Woodbury, Long Island office of National Law Firm seeks a Legal Secretary.  Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and legal documents such as briefs, motions and discovery.  Candidate will also perform administrative duties such as arranging travel, calendar management and maintaining litigation files as necessary.  Ideal candidate must have minimum of two years of legal secretary experience.  Must have excellent typing and communication skills.  Must be extremely organized and comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.  Must have excellent grammar and proofreading skills.  Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and dictation desired.  Experience with Time Matters, Rainmaker and Net Documents a plus.  Experience with electronic court filing strongly preferred.  Calendaring and organizational skills required.
