An opportunity exists for you to shine supporting a Senior Partner, Senior Associate and their team within the Corporate or Patent Trademark or Banking Finance or Commercial Litigation or Float team.
Your key responsibilities will include :-
- Diary email management
- Organise internal and client meetings
- Client liaison
- Opening closing files
- Conduct searches
- Expenses, timesheet and monthly billing
- Production of advices, reports, presentations and correspondence
- Co-ordinate event, seminars and conferences
To be guaranteed an interview with this great employer, you must :-
- Possess 3yrs+ legal secretarial experience
- Previous legal billing and track changes / mark up experience
- Be Advanced MS Word and Intermediate MS PowerPoint MS Excel
- Have confidence in dealing with people at all levels and maintain strong working relationships
- Be professionally presented and spoken
- Have a typing speed 65wpm+ Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and take pride in their work
