My highly successful client is a legal firm based in Godalming is looking for a legal secretary/ administrator to work in the private client team. The Legal Secretary/ Administrator will have excellent PC skills and be highly organised. You will be an effective communicator and have a professional approach to both your work and appearance.
Ideally we are looking for someone who is familiar with legal secretarial work so that they have the necessary background knowledge of a law firm, but are wanting to take on a slightly different role.
Responsibilities:-
- The Secretarial Administration Assistant will provide effective an efficient support service to fee earners.
- Apart from secretarial duties the Secretarial Administration Assistant will be required to deal with the management of client files, scanning and filing.
- Dealing with the movement of post and team documents
- Checking financial information relating to bill payment
- Following up on information from fee earners on client billings
- Submitting bills
- Keeping Accurate records
- Photocopying and faxing as required
- Undertaking training when required
- Support to other secretarial staff time permitting
Skills
- Legal Secretarial Experience desirable
