Role Summary/Purpose
As a Legal Services Associate your main responsibilities will involve working with Portfolio team to produce all legal amendment documents, consents, waivers and notices that may be required on a day to day basis.
- Tracking and reporting of all portfolio legal matters outstanding.
- Review of ICC Constant Monitoring
- Processing and archiving legal documentation.
- Working with Document Analysts, UK Legal Counsel and external Legal Counsel
- Drafting clauses for legal documentation.
- Other activities as notified from time to time by the Credit Director, UK Lending.
Qualifications/Requirements
As a Legal Services Associate your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Good working knowledge of legal environment and legal working practices
- Very strong legal documentation/clauses drafting skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to travel throughout the UK as required.
- Strong PC skills
- Able to build key relationships at all levels within the organisation.
- Able to work independently as well as working as part of a team.
- Attention to detail
- High levels of drive and motivation.
- Ability to operate in a pressurised team managing multiple deadlines.
Desired Characteristics
Solid understanding of receivables finance and asset based lending experience.
