Leisure Attendants
A large public sector organisation requires Leisure Attendants for the Downpatrick area. This is a temporary post for approximately 12 weeks.
Job Duties:
To form part of a team of front line staff who will provide attendant support to the public and staff.
To deliver a high quality service in accordance with policies and procedures.
To carry out cleaning duties to ensure agreed high standards of hygiene and housekeeping are maintained.
To undertake attendant duties, including the erection and dismantling of equipment.
Hours: Hours of work to be determined by the service
Key Criteria:-
GCSE passes (Grades A – C) to include English Language and Maths or equivalent.
PLUS - at least 6 months relevant experience in a customer facing role working with the public.
OR (in lieu of GCSE passes)
At least 1 years relevant experience in a customer facing role working with the public.
In addition:-
Experience in Point of Sale.
Awareness of Health and Safety issues involved in working with the public and Manual Handling.
Ability to work unsupervised and under own initiative.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Must be available to work June to September including evenings, weekends, public holidays and overtime as required.
All candidates will be expected to be available for full time hours should the service require.
Candidates MUST have Access NI clearance within the last 12 months.
