Lending Officer recruitment
An International institution are looking to bring talented bankers into the institution to assist with the growing lending exposures.
- Assist in the day to day administration of a portfolio of loans
- Work in accordance with compliance and with the various codes of practice.
- Assist in the preparation of credit papers and work closely with the Manager prior to presenting to credit committee.
- Assist in the preparation of regular team reports and report to senior management.
- Ensure all account maintenance, documentation and file management is maintained to the highest possible standards.
- Ensure issues are identified, escalated as appropriate and addressed promptly
Essential Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years banking experience with Lending exposure
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to prioritise work and work to strict deadlines
- Ability to take ownership when necessary
- Solid IT skills
- Confident approach and experience with giving presentations
- Previous introduction to Credit procedures
Education
- Relevant Business Degree with a minimum of a 2.1
- Working towards QFA Qualification
