Lending Services Manager recruitment
Are you our new Lending Services Manager?
Reporting to our Chief Executive Officer, this senior permanent position is reponsible for:
- Leading our Lending Services department in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our credit risk activities are efficient and effective.
- Building the capability of the organisation to manage diverse types of lending.
- Ensuring that lending processes are streamlined and client focused.
To be successful, you must possess sound leadership skills and have demonstrated experience in planning and management, including project management and process improvement. Relevant consumer and commercial lending practices, credit policy and legislation are advantageous.
