Lettings Co-Ordinator Wanted for Barnes

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Salary: £22-28,000 Dependent on experience

 

My client is a well respected and well marketed high end independent and are looking for 3 experienced Lettings Co-ordinators for their branches in Barnes, Chiswick and Wandsworth. They are looking for well presented and well spoken professionals who know the Lettings process inside and out. The role itself will involve working closely with the Lettings Team as well as dealing with enquiries; booking appointments; updating and maintaining websites; being responsible for marketing/adverts and general office administration.

 

The right person for the roles will have the following qualities:


At least 1 years experience in a Lettings Co-ordinator/ Lettings Administrator role.

Excellent organisational and prioritising ability.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good attention to detail.

Initiative and ability to work under pressure.

Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic to do a high quality job at all times.

Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook.

Good typing speed

ARLA 1, 2 or NFoPP qualifications would be a bonus but are not essential.
