Our Client, a reputable and established organisation within Leeds city centre is looking to recruit a Lettings Support Team Leader to effectively lead a team to produce the highest level of internal and external customer satisfaction and quality and to facilitate maximum team performance each month.
Working within a fast paced enviornment, you will be required to create and nurture a working environment in which staff retention levels are optimised.
You will be responsible for:
• Management of supplier panel of inventory clerks, including identifying and rectifying service issues.
• Lead and motivate all team members to achieve their set monthly KPI’s, including productivity and call quality.
• Conduct daily work position and performance review meetings.
• Identify under performance and take corrective action in a timely manner.
• Conduct monthly team meetings.
• Find time to coach and develop team member on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct a formal one-to-one meeting with each team player every month.
• First line response to client/service queries or complaints at the initial stages in line with our complaints procedure, maintaining a complete and accurate file and submitting responses and reports as required in a timely fashion.
• Develop relationships with clients to maximise volume opportunities.
• Drive marketing activity to source and secure new referrers of business.
• Recognise and reward success.
• Use initiative to create performance incentives to drive improvement.
• Ensure that the team always work within clear guidelines set out by our clients / 3rd parties.
• Check a variety of exception reports from our systems and direct resource as appropriate to resolve.
• Ensure an equitable distribution of activities across all team members in line with absence, skill and other factors.
• Manage and continuously develop day to day relationships with clients on behalf of the business.
• Proactively provide clients with progress updates on a daily/weekly basis as applicable.
• Understand all aspects of the process and where appropriate undertake tasks within the process.
• Monitor appropriate system work records to ensure that all work is progressed to meet challenging productivity targets.
• Effectively schedule, and manage, all breaks to ensure that the Team is adequately resourced at all times.
• Management of holiday and absence in the team.
• Act upon issues concerning performance, time-keeping, absence and holidays promptly and accurately.
• Update the team with changes in procedures.
• Recruitment of new team members to the business.
• Conduct return to work interviews when Team members return to work following an absence.
• Conduct all probationary reviews for new Team Members.

Qualifications
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above)
Applicants must possess a proven background within a Team Leader role. Additionally, you will be required to pass a credit check.
