- Working as part of a front-line team in the Desktop Support area
- Ensuring that any assigned helpdesk tasks and issues are responded to efficiently and courteously
- Setting up accounts, logins etc.
- Providing high value solutions through the adoption of new technologies
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Sound Active Directory knowledge
- Experience of working within a Microsoft environment
- Exposure to server, network and desktop operating systems
- Experience of working with Helpdesk Call Logging Software
