Job Description

  • Working as part of a front-line team in the Desktop Support area
  • Ensuring that any assigned helpdesk tasks and issues are responded to efficiently and courteously
  • Setting up accounts, logins etc.
  • Providing high value solutions through the adoption of new technologies

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Sound Active Directory knowledge
  • Experience of working within a Microsoft environment
  • Exposure to server, network and desktop operating systems
  • Experience of working with Helpdesk Call Logging Software
