Leverage Finance Associate Director recruitment
The role will be responsible for:
Reviewing transactions introduced by the GE Capital originations function to assess their suitability for inclusion in the GE Capital leveraged loan portfolio.
• You will be expected to independently identify transaction strengths and weaknesses, form conclusions based on your own and third party due diligence as well as recommend appropriate debt structures and terms.
• Taking a leading role in the internal credit and approval process for proposed transactions, from inception through execution
• Preparing and present credit and approval memoranda
• Carrying out industry / company analysis and prepare comprehensive financial models
• Attending bank meetings, meetings with management and due diligence meetings / calls
• Reviewing term sheets and legal documentation
• Liaising and coordinating other internal functions (finance, tax, insurance, technical, environmental and legal) during deal execution process
Essential Qualifications/Requirements:
• You must have proven experience gained in Leveraged Finance, MA or Transaction Services
• Strong technical skills, especially in accounting, financial analysis and modelling
• Demonstrated excellence in risk analysis and deal execution
• Familiarity with various debt and equity products
• Attention to detail in a time sensitive environment
• Analytical / Problem Solving skills

• Fluent in English (oral and written)
