Leveraged Finance Analyst
The candidate will be involved in all aspects of debt financing from origination, structuring, syndication and secondary trading. The team provides comprehensive financing solutions for below-investment-grade clients across all industry segments through its leveraged loan, high yield bond, bridge financing and mezzanine debt products. They have an extensive client network ranging from corporate clients, financial sponsor clients, and major international private equity firms.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong numerical and analytical background and be involved in advanced cash flow modelling, structuring and deal execution. Candidates will currently be working in a Leverage Finance or MA team covering European Corporate clients and have a mathematical / numerate degree.
