Leveraged Finance Financial Sponsors
The Leveraged Finance Group with focus on Middle Market is currently seeking Senior Associate and Vice President levels for their Debt Captial markets group.
The Senior Associate / Vice President serves as a team leader on project teams and is typically recogonized by the client as the main day to day contact person on transactions and often delivers regular market or product information to clients. They will work on projects across sponsors and will work on leveraged finance execution including structuring the transaction, spearheading due diligence, managing the internal credit process and negotiating credit docs along with preparation of syndicate materials. Porfolio Management experience is also of interest.
Individual will need at least three to five years of associate or VP experience in the Sponsored space with middle market experience.Strong quantitative skills; attention to detail,ambition and motivation with a team player attitude are all requirements.
Strong academic credentials and formal credit training program is preferred.
