Leveraged Finance Investment Executive

• The Investment Executive will report to a Managing Director who will in turn report to the Chief Executive.

• Initially, the appointee will be required to provide support to Associate Directors and Directors before moving on to analyse and manage their own deals.

• This will involve liaising with different external parties (arranging banks, rating agencies and lawyers) as well as the deal team

The role will involve

• Financial modelling of individual transactions including conducting appropriate sensitivity analysis.

• Attendance at management presentations.

• Review of due diligence reports.

• Assisting in preparation of credit papers.

• Review of facility agreements and other loan documentation.

• Liaising with rating agencies.

• Involvement in the ongoing monitoring and management of assets.

 

Candidates are likely to be

• Chartered Accountant with experience in Restructuring, Transaction Services or Corporate Finance, or

• Graduate with experience of leveraged finance or in a credit/equity analytical role.

Candidates will need to have:

• Financial Modelling and Due Diligence / Credit Analysis skills

• Strong Documentation Skills

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

• Excellent report writing skills
