About the Job
Our client acts for private equity funds, banks, arrangers, syndicates and corporate borrowers for all of their general financing requirements.
A new need has arisen for two junior to mid-level lawyers to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in acquisition/leveraged finance. Restructuring or project finance is also advantageous but not necessary.
