Clark James Insurance Recruitment are a leading specialist recruiter within Insurance and Financial Services.
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a large National Insurance business who are looking for an extremely high calibre candidate to handle and service their Liability claims.
We are looking for someone with an in depth knowledge of Public Liability and Employers Liability Claims. Ideally in a previous role you would of had an authority level to negotiate settlement with Third Parties and Solicitors. You will have experience of handling claims that involve loss of earning and calculations of such and current case law relating to liability claims.
Main duties will include:
· Supporting the Claims Management Executive in providing a quality, proactive claims service to client
· Emphasis on claims administration, resolving specific claims issues and report production
· To work with the Claims Management Executive to identify appropriate Claims resource- eg, Claims Consultant, audits, claims projects team for providing solutions and generating revenue
· To work with the Claims Management Executive and Claims Support Manager to ensure cost effective delivery of claims solutions
· To ensure work is handled in a proactive manner with quality production whilst ensuring settlements are obtained in the best interests of the client within agreed service levels.
· To contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team, productivity targets and service Level agreements
· Being a referral point for problematic, technical claims, large losses or where there are indemnity issues
