Liability Claims Specialist
Full Job Description
This role is responsible for managing towards settlement, allocated claims of a complex technical nature of those with reserves predominantly £100K and above. This will be completed in accordance with company procedures and guidelines, within an agreed handling authority or upon referral to a relevant authority holder.
Motor Liability claims experience
An in depth knowledge of the litigation process.
Ability to effectively represent Company at external settlement-case conferences, Court and Mediations.
Working knowledge of relevant legal principles and case law.
ACII or substantial progress towards qualification.
Strong negotiation skills.
A well know and respected name within the insurance industry
