Licensed, Commercial Property Manager
Must be proficient in: lease administration, remote management of sites, contract supervision, all aspects of leasing function, hire, manage supervise third party providers, property budgets, forecasting projections, overseeing capital expenditures, tenant improvement bids work completion, and facility management. Must also possess the following: Excellent reading and comprehension skills and communicate effectively both written and verbal. Have strong organizational and time management skills, and have the ability to multi-task. Work closely and cooperatively with clients, management and other Asset Managers in a positive team environment. Strong negotiation and analytical skills required. Non-traditional work hours and travel may be required. Proven ability to independently analyze and solve problems. Have the ability to work well under deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to utilize technology to drive process improvement.. Ability to provide superior client customer service. High degree of professionalism. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and achieving high levels of accuracy. Knowledge of Yardi program helpful but not mandatory. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of commercial property management and lease negotiation experience and hold a valid real estate license in the State of Arizona.
