Independent Insurance Agency in Crystal River FL is seeking a dynamic personality to join our team. The person we are looking for will have a Florida 2-20 license and be self motivated. We need an Agent who is reliable, professional, and eager to ask for the sale!
The core part of this position is generating new business to help the company grow. In addition to a weekly salary, you will be rewarded for your success in increasing the current book of business.
Additional responsibilities include:
* cross selling
* assisting in re-quoting and re-writing existing clients as needed
* providing excellent customer service
Florida 2-20 license and prior independent agency experience required. Must have knowledge of Quick Quote Evolution Agency Management system, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Agent with 2-15 license a plus. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
