As a Licensing Liaison for Stanford University's Office of Technology Licensing your mission will be to proactively drive the evaluation, patenting, and marketing processes for Stanford inventions.  As the right-hand-(wo)man to our Licensing Associate, you will leverage your administrative expertise to track and document all activities and coordinate next steps throughout the process.  Your polished professional demeanor will be critical as you liaise with inventors, outside council, and investors.  Though not required, previous sales or marketing experience will be beneficial as you conduct research and initiate contact with potential investors, prepare and distribute promotional materials, and facilitate contract preparations.  Your proven ability to juggle a multitude of priorities while staying two steps ahead of the ball, paired with a calming disposition will make you an invaluable member of our fast-paced, deadline oriented team.
