Life at Felt — Freedom. Independence. Meaning. Opening: Web App Engineer at Felt (Telluride, CO) (allows remote)

Felt -- Personal, handwritten cards. Sealed, stamped and mailed. All from your iPad.

Written by Tomer, the Found and CEO:

Hi, I'm Tomer. I am passionate, fun-loving and ambitous. I'm focused on vision and planning so our team can focus on problem solving and execution. I help our marketing team and play the role of Product Manager. Which I've done all my life and trained on (the Agile way, of course).

We launched in May. Have grown significantly. Have revenues and a massive growth plan for the holiday season.

We've received interest from top tier magazines to write about Felt for their holiday editions and have a distribution partnership agreement with an amazing brand. They couldn't be a better fit and they could drive 1MM downloads and hundreds of thousands of customers to our brand.

I started Felt after turning down an opportunity at my previous employer's software company. They wanted me to leave Telluride before I was ready and move to Austin, TX (I know, not a bad city at all!). Prior to that, I worked at SiSTeR Technologies (a software company I co-founded with my dad and a close friend). SiSTeR is profitable and doing well.

I had the idea for Felt about a year ago and quickly tested some of the basic business assumptions. Once I was convinced, I started building a team. My first step lead me to our Creative Director, David and our Business Strategist, Andrew. Next up, was Abel, our Lead iOS Engineer.

Thereafter, Dana, Rachel and Mia signed on as our PR and marketing team.

There the whole time was our legal councel, Gracie and our good friend Roy who is also our private equity investor. Not to mention Frankie and Jake - our number one fourlegged fans. I know, there's two of them and I said "number one".
