This is an ideal position for an experienced finance sales professional looking to move onto a new challenge, whilst increasing their earning potential. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for closing Life Insurance sales to potential clients via phone and face to face. All leads are generated via the extensive network of BDMs and NO cold calling is required. Commissions are uncapped, paid quarterly and you will have an active influence over the nature of this newly created role.
Leveraging from a large national network of sister companies, this steadily growing organisation offers career progression and will reward your hard work. This firm is located in the North Sydney business district, close to public transport.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Following up on warm leads and converting them into successful sales for Life Insurance lines
- Providing general and product specific advice
- Conducting individual needs-based analyses with potential clients and assessing their overall financial situation
- Working with the BDM to achieve sales targets and business KPIs
- Sales reporting
Required essentials:
- At least 1 year experience within Life Insurance Sales/Parra-planning
- Previous experience within a dealership group preferable
- Enjoy building relationships with your clients and helping them reach their goals
- Possess an ability to build rapport quickly
- Applicable tertiary certifications
- Self managed, results-driven and be able to work within a fast paced environment.
