LIFT SYSTEMS ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - ESP
JOB TITLE: ARTIFICIAL LIFT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR LOCATION: MIDLAND, TEXAS US LAND LIFT SYSTEMS product line provides artificial lift systems, including electric submersible pumps (ESP) and progressive cavity pump systems, as well as specific engineering, project management and well monitoring services. Centrilift ESP systems can operate in harsh downhole environments that include high gas-to-oil ratio production, heavy oil, high temperatures and abrasive-laden fluids. ROLE SYNOPSIS Sell products and services to existing and new customers, develop and maintain sales relationships with major customers KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Sell Baker Artificial Lift/ESP products and services to existing and new customers Develop and maintain sales strategies to increase sales and profits through major accounts. Build strong customer relationships Problem recognition and solution development Manage the sales function and maintain key account information. (Activity, Financials, Forecasts) Required to visit field sites on occasion May be responsible for training customers and sales personnel Handle special projects as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree, Engineering preferred 5+ years industry related experience in field sales as it relates to Lift Systems and submersible pumps. Intermediate proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook required DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong technical (engineering) background Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services and their application to customer requirements and competitive market Excellent communication and selling skills Ability to build strong relationships Knowledge of SAP is preferred Ability to use specialized skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development OTHER DETAIL May require travel, some overnight travel to be expected May work in the dirt/rig sites; wearing PPE/HSE attire COMPANY OVERVIEW Baker Hughes serves the worldwide oil and natural gas industry with reservoir consulting and products and services for drilling, formation evaluation, completion and production.
