Role Summary/Purpose

  • College/university degree preferably in economics or engineering
  • 3  5 yrs sales experience preferably in similar field
  • Fluent English and Arabic
  • Product knowledge or ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in cross functional environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self started, results oriented
  • Capable to build relationships at all levels
  • Willingness to travel within the country with occasional overnight stays depending on geography

    Essential Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Regional Channel Manager this role is responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets, following the Pricing policies and procedures
  • Handle and develop key accounts in Saudi
  • Drive growth in Saudi by developing customer base and acquiring new customers
  • Achieve annual and quarterly targets of multiple matrix through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, by prioritizing sales actions to generate volume, achieve account penetration
  • Visit customers and promote existing/new products, providing technical support and instructions as well as point of sales actions
  • Build up strong relations with purchasing department and store supervisors
  • Gather product and market information, prepare market analysis (based on customers, prices, product portfolio).
  • Plan and organize promotions. Follow up shelf effectiveness, prepare and coordinate merchandizing activities. Work out annual marketing plan
  • Manage third party merchandising team to increase effectiveness.
  • Annual negotiations on contracts cooperating with other organisations, such as Pricing, Legal dept, Operations, Product Management, etc.
  • Coordinate customer audits, gather and provide technical documentation
