Responsibities:
To analyze, design and control the molding processes in order to implement programs to increase productivity, continuos improvement projects, support new products release, reduce molding cycle time, reduce machinery down time, scrap, waste.
Requirement:
- BS degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated plastic /silicone injection molding experience in a medical devices industry.
- Solid experience with process validation.
- Lean Manufacturing/ Six Sigma training.
- Knowledge in CNC Machinery.
- Solid experience with Project Management.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Computer proficiency
