Linux automation Workflow Expert Job Description: Searching for Linux Automation / Workflow Expert and scripting professional for a 6 month contract in Charlotte NC. This job is an immediate need. Manager will interview this week and hire this week via phone! Description: Under minimal guidance, candidate will define, design, and implement a complex automation and process workflow routine in relation to Identity and Access Management. Will work with and integrate multiple data sources into the workflow definition engine. Will be required to perform moderate scripting on RedHat Linux. All aspects of project will require detailed documentation so it may be turned over to production services for future support. Required Experience: * Capable of managing and manipulating large amounts of access information data including the ability to create intelligent reports/metrics *Experience with process automation and workflow definitions. Preferably within the identity management areas *Experience with identity management tools and applications, their workflow and procedures is a must *Capable of working independent of a specific application solution or utility (e.g - can create or integrate various applications and workflow processes through created tools/applications/utilities) *Provide guidance on integrating identity management authentication and authorization frameworks into new and existing processes * Analyze, develop and implement new authentication and identity workflow solutions and procedures based on requirements while ensuring adherence to information security standards, custom development standards, corporate policy and corporate baselines * Continuously seek to improve the time, cost and risk associated with the automation of customer requests and their incorporation into various workflow procedures Technical Requirements: * At least 3 years hands-on experience with access and identity management principles, methodologies, and processes. * Strong analytic and decision making ability. * Experience with large-scale organizational systems and processes. * Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. * Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization. * Excellent active listening skills. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
