Liquidity Business Analyst recruitment

Ambition is recruiting for a leading city based Investment Bank that is looking to hire a Liquidity Business Analyst on a 9 month basis. Instantly recognisable, the organisation has managed to weather the difficult economic climate of the last two years, much of this is attributed to the calibre of staff they hire.

The Liquidity Business Analyst role will entail:

* Responsible for definition of business requirements, data modelling, functional specification and UAT testing to ensure all change objectives are delivered to plan

*Cross function (Treasury and Risk Management) co-operation and information provision regarding liquidity

*Ongoing development/streamlining of Regulatory Reporting processes to improve efficiency and involvement in IT system changes/implementations

* Monitor FSA ratios and Internal limits for the reporting entities

* Cross function (Treasury and Risk Management) co-operation and information provision regarding liquidity

* Maintaining and sharing up to date regulatory reforms regarding liquidity (FSA, BBA etc)

* Ongoing development/streamlining of Regulatory Reporting processes to improve efficiency and involvement in IT system changes/implementations

In order to be considered for this role, you will require:

-Extensive in-depth knowledge of liquidity reporting is essential
-VBA level Excel is essential as the role will entail extensive data manipulation
-Working knowledge of proposed FSA Liquidity framework in particular regarding reporting- how trades flows operate and how they impact on Liquidity
-Previous experience of regulatory reporting process
-Project cycle experience is essential especially as you will be tasked with the ongoing streamlining of the Regulatory Reporting processes
