Liquidity Client Solutions Specialist recruitment

The Liquidity Solutions team has responsibility for all liquidity management and cash investment products and revenues for the clients of the Treasury Securities Services (TSS) division.  Product Managers and Client Solutions Specialists work in partnership with the TSS Sales Relationship organisations to structure cash deposit, concentration, pooling and investment solutions for their clients. 

The Liquidity Client Solutions specialist will be responsible for and will have extensive previous experience in the following areas:

• Liquidity Management

• Cash concentration and cash Management

• Managing product sales and distribution programs

• Deal flow Management and process reporting

• Management, maintenance and growth of portfolio balances and revenues.

• Liquidity management of cash investment products, ideally with experience of working with Corporate clients

• Wholesale transactional and cash management banking products

• Proven sales, relationship or business management experience

• Experience in managing product sales and distribution programs

Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

• Undergraduate degree required;  MBA, Accounting, Treasury, Securities or Investment business qualifications preferred

• Having, or ability to get FSA CF30 Approved Person status (UK)

• You must be able to demonstrate your cash concentration experience and your cash management experience

• You must be able to discuss in detail your direct execution of client deals and complex solutions, including defining and matching client requirements to appropriate product and pricing strategies

• You will have proven experience with deal-flow management and progress reporting.

• You must have extensive experience of management, maintenance and growth of portfolio balances and revenues.

• You must have comprehensive experience of driving liquidity penetration of designated client segments, staying abreast of industry trends and buying behaviour patterns

• You will have experience of linking with other product companies within the firm to construct and package integrated solutions for the segment

• Extensive experience of working with Product Management and Finance to ensure integrity of revenues.

• Track record of identifying product gaps and representing client requirements to assist in prioritizing product development

• Proven track record of providing coordination and leadership of Liquidity Investment.
