Liquidity & Investments Pricing Manager | Global Bank | Director Level Position recruitment
Leading Global Financial Institution is seeking a senior Liquidity Investments Manager to optimally manage working capital cash as it flows through operating accounts, shared service and treasury centres.
Role Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to support revenue, balance sheet and spread optimisation objectives. The person will be expected to critically analyse performance, assist management in the development of segment/region/client specific strategies to enhance results and drive execution against those initiatives. The scope of management oversight will be across all regions, requiring strategic alignment, coordination and consensus building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply financial expertise and asset/liability asset management techniques to assess performance and develop strategies to enhance performance and drive revenue growth
- Ensure optimisation of Net Revenue from Funds (NRFF), from both value and cost of funds perspectives
- Propose products and programs designed to expand the range of placement options and diversify revenue streams
- Enforce economically sound pricing policies throughout the organisation
- Drive bottom line performance through pro-active review of margins, direct and indirect expense
- Support senior business management in strategic planning exercises and other business initiatives, including issue resolution management and regulatory responses
Key Skills Qualifications:
- Post graduate Masters Degree
- 10-15 years experience in related banking and financial management functions; risk management or corporate treasury practice
- Financial acumen
- Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of market economics and drivers
- Sound judgement with decisive decision making ability
- Ability to build consensus and communicate policy in relation to key strategies
- Ability to work and deliver across a diverse and complex global organisation
