Liquidity Manager – Front Office recruitment
The Liquidity team is unusual as it sits in the Treasury Front office division however is neither an actual profit centre or cost centre. It is however part of the Front Office bonus pool.
The team is made up of diverse skill sets and personalities they have a former Equity Options trader, a former member of the Structured Capital Markets Team and two other team members are qualified accountants (one was a product controller in the Emerging Markets who then moved over to the trading desk and the final one was a controller on the structured credit derivatives desk).
The skill set they are looking for is broad what is absolutely crucial is that you have very strong communication skills, this team will need to face off to multiple senior front office clients having to explain cost allocations arising from funding for new transactions across the trading the desk.
