Liquidity Manager recruitment

City based Investment Bank is currently recruiting a Liquidity Manager to join their ALM team.

This is a key role within the Bank and will involve extensive liaison with Treasury, Risk and Capital Management. In addition the role will be responsible for providing analysis for the ILAA process.

Key Duties include:

Ensuring that the team’s reporting deliverables, for both regulatory reporting and management information, are met.
• Continued development of reporting to meet management needs and ongoing regulatory requirements. This includes managing the information required by group and analysis for the ILAA.
• Acting as gatekeeper to the liquidity system, monitoring developments and leading the prioritisation process.
• Team leadership with a focus on team development.
• Management of a diverse group of stakeholders

• Ability to understand technical liquidity matters and to ensure that these are transformed and reported correctly within the liquidity system.
• Understand and apply stress test methodolgies for management and regulatory reporting
• Understand and drive implementation of ALM initiatives to support the treasury function including maintaining core treasury management information e.g. funds transfer pricing, funding plan and interest rate risk in the banking book.

The successful candidate must have significant experience within Liquidity reporting and experience managing a small team.
