Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager recruitment

Role responsibilities:
• Responsible for production of liquidity reports including external reports to the FSA (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly submissions) and internal monitoring reports/commentary for management.
• Ensure the relevant regulatory liquidity reporting process delivers accurate external reporting and internal analysis as efficiently as possible.
• Prepare on a daily basis the liquidity returns in FSA format (FSA047/048), running all controls.
• Prepare internal liquidity reports to be distributed to senior management, including commentary on day-on-day movements.
• Answer ad hoc queries on the liquidity data, liaising with the appropriate groups in Treasury, Operations, Finance or Front Office as required.
• Ensure all FSA liquidity returns requiring submission to the FSA are prepared in good time, reviewed and uploaded via Gabriel.
• Prepare other regular reporting for Head Office as required (e.g. Sources and Uses of Funds).
• Work on enhancing the systems and processes, taking part in projects as required by the change function.
• Provide cover for other Regulatory teams if required (e.g. Capital reporting).

Skills/experience required:
• Accounting qualification would be advantageous.
• Previous experience producing liquidity returns using the standardised approach (manual population would be ideal).
• Good knowledge of the FSA handbook (GENPRU/BIPRU).
• Understanding of market and credit risk.
• Good knowledge of complex products on the trading book.
