Liquidity Solutions – Cash Investments Product Manager recruitment
The Liquidity Solutions team has responsibility for all liquidity management and cash investment products and revenues for the clients of the Treasury Securities Services division. Product Managers and Client Solutions Specialists work in partnership with the Treasury and Securities Services Sales Relationship organisations to structure cash deposit, concentration, pooling and investment solutions for their clients.
The EMEA Product team is responsible for:
• On and off balance sheet liquidity products in region
• Regional expansion of liquidity capabilities to new markets to support business strategy
• Agreement of hedging strategy and Fund Transfer Pricing negotiation regionally with Corporate Treasury
• Defining and understanding market opportunities
• Analysing the competitor landscape to inform product strategy and sales positioning
• Alignment with other regional and global product propositions for global consistency
The product manager for off balance sheet cash investments is responsible for Liquidity Fund sweeps and other solutions as well as 3rd party liquidity fund provider relationships, with a particular focus on product strategy, product lifecycle management of new and existing products, and working with business partners in Operations, IT, Sales and sister product areas. The individual in question must display a highly specialised understanding of investment products, including the regulatory framework in the region, in particular UK client monies rules (CASS).
Experience:
• Detailed knowledge of off balance sheet cash investment products including money market fund sweeps, agency cash placement services, direct money market execution services or similar
• Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations - MiFid, CASS etc
• Broad understanding of the short term investment market
• Experience in client facing roles and broad understanding of client cash investment requirements
• Proven product management experience in Liquidity products
