Liquidity Solutions – Product Manager recruitment

The successful candidate will be required to:

 Product Management and Expertise

• Managing existing product set, including ownership of Profit Loss and establishment of controls and MIS

• Maintaining a strong end-to-end on-boarding, operational, control, compliance and risk management framework for both Treasury Services (TS) and Worldwide Securities Services (WSS)

• Escalation point for time sensitive onboarding or service issue resolution

• Ensuring that all internal and external product information and documentation is kept current

• Keeping abreast of potential changes to the legal and regulatory environment, and gathering competitive information to determine impact on existing product set

Product Development

• Defining product and development strategy for cash concentration products, including representation and client access of these products via the Liquidity portal

• Generating new product ideas or enhancements from direct engagement with Liquidity Services Client Solutions, sales, clients and from monitoring competitors' products and industry wide trends

• Partnering with LS product managers in other regions and for other products to facilitate development and improvements to the Liquidity Services cash concentration product set

• Partnering with other internal product managers to support international expansion and other new developments being developed by these lines of business

• Defining, producing and refining detailed business requirements and use cases; ensuring high quality testing and validation of results; vetting impact on reference data

• Ensuring full market readiness or change readiness relating to new and enhanced products, includes developing marketing and sales strategy; obtaining appropriate New Business Implementation approval; developing legal agreements; ensuring onboarding and migration readiness; identifying training requirements for product and sales partners across the organisation

Client market engagement

• Identifying template solution sets for individual segments with Liquidity Solutions Client Solutions, ensuring that the product breadth, positioning and onboarding experience meet segment expectations

• Working with client solutions on complex deals and providing product expertise and pricing support

• Accompanying Liquidity Services Client Solutions and Sales to client meetings to provide detailed subject matter expertise

Experience

•           Experience in Cash Concentration product set

•           Proven product, operational or business management experience

Competencies

•           Banking knowledge, including knowledge of Treasury and Securities Services businesses

•           Understanding of Project Delivery Framework or equivalent project discipline

•           Liquidity and investment product knowledge

•           Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution
