Listed Derivatives Business Manager recruitment

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Process management and workflow prioritisation
• Liaison between senior LD management, clearing, client service and FO staff on issues pertaining to global reference data.
• Training and development of off shore staff
• Complex reference data updates

• Reference data related project management
• Process reviews and change management, defining business requirments, strategy and budgets.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record within the Listed Derivatives space from a line and project perspective in conjunction with an understanding of the Rolfe and Nolan static data module. An ability to communicate proactively and promote a global vision for this team is also crucial.

The position will require the individual to successfully design the business strategy for the global exchange derivatives data team, which encompasses a large offshore location, requiring some travel throughout the year.

The crucial aspect to this role is knowledge of the Listed exchanges and markets, in conjunction with a strong leadership capability, a proven track record in delivering projects and designing and working to an efficient business strategy for both on and offshore teams.
