Listed Derivatives Client Service Account Manager recruitment
Position Description:
The group’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the client’s Futures and Options settlement figures are accurate each day. This entails the resolution of all trade breaks, the monitoring of all cash activity in the account and ensuring that the account is fully margined and ensuring that Morgan Stanley is not exposed to any internal/external risk. The business is volume driven so having exceptional organizational skills is a must. Qualified applicants must be adaptable to change, as some days will require you to work on multiple tasks at once, in a high pressured environment.
The emphasis of the team is to be relationship managers and provide a superior service to the Morgan Stanley client base. Diligence is also a must as you will be the "Face of Morgan Stanley".
Key responsibilities include:
• Single point of contact navigating the organization for our clients
• Face to face client visits and call back reports
• Daily reconciliation of foreign and domestic accounts
• Resolution of trade breaks
• Ability to calculate and adjust PNL figures
• Work with IT to develop and rollout new customer technology
• Handling various administrative duties
Skills Required:
• Strong client service skills with Futures Options experience
• Knowledge of futures markets and the background of the trade life cycle
• Strong communication, phone skills and email etiquette
• The ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Strong team work
• Clear examples of where processes have been enhanced
• A clear understanding of risk and escalation
• Presentation skills
• A level education or the equivalent
